Djembes Videos

This is a bit cheesy but he gives some great advice. Two things made me laugh, firstly he looks VERY serious and says "take your jewelry off before you play to prevent damage". Then after about 3 minutes he gives the top tip “please make sure as you play, that you are still breathing…” So whatever you do, try and stay alive. I do like these kind of tutorials though, hope you find it useful in your djembe playing.

I wasn't hugely impressed by the first bit of this video. After about 4 minutes the beat changes though. The djembes build up an amazing wall of sound and all stop dead on together. Very nice.

A nice example of solo djembe playing
