Deliveries

For U.K deliveries, short items are sent by Royal Mail standard 1st class and should arrive in 2-3 working days. Longer items such as the didgeridoos and 120cm rainsticks are sent by Business Post and should arrive in 3-5 working days. We cannot be held responsible for shipping delays out of our control.

Worldwide shipping is with Royal Mail’s International Parcels service. Unfortunately we cannot offer international shipping on our didgeridoos, 120cm carved rainstick or 100cm rattan rainstick.

Once your order has been received you will be emailed with confirmation. As all our products are hand crafted and painted, there may therefore be slight variations from pictured designs.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days for a full refund or exchange. The item must be sent back in the original condition with original packaging. The customer is liable for all delivery charges of the return. Please contact us before sending returns
